The details aren’t fully known yet but what we do know is that Carrie Underwood was injured when falling at her Nashville area home Friday night. According to her representatives, Underwood fell on some outside steps and broke her wrist while also suffering some cuts and abrasions.

The injuries will take “some time” to heal from and her husband, Mike Fisher, returned home after learning about the accident.

The accident caused Underwood to cancel her appearance this weekend at the Country Rising benefit concert.

We wish her a speedy recovery and hope to hear new music from her soon!
