WATCH – Zach Top channels Conway Twitty at Red Rocks

Zach Top has nailed down the title of number-one retro country star. His 90s country sound has earned him a huge and growing following, and rather than update his sound, instead, he’s doubling down.
While playing at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado Monday night, Zach skipped the 90s and went all the way back to the early 80s. His cover of the Pointer Sisters 1981 pop hit “Slow Hand” (which Conway Twitty took to number one on the country charts a year later) proves his love of classic country isn’t just confined to the 90s, and judging by the audience reaction, neither is theirs.
