There’s no one hotter in country music right now than Zach Top, and as he prepares for two sold-out shows this week in Denver, it’ll be a homecoming of sorts.
Zach lived in Colorado for six years before moving to Nashville and even told us here at KYGO a few months back that he frequently visited the Grizzly Rose, where he’ll be performing this week, and listened to KYGO.
Zach came to Colorado from his native-Washington to attend the University of Colorado in Boulder and become a mechanical engineer. He quickly learned he wasn’t into that, and dropped out to work and earn money for a move to Nashville. But instead of going back to Washington, Zach stayed in the Boulder-area for about five more years.
Zach’s cover song videos started to blowup on social media while in Colorado, and that paved the path for his move to Tennessee and his meteoric rise to country music stardom.
The two shows this week at the Grizzly Rose are the “fastest sell-outs in the history of the world famous country music venue,” according to the club owner, Scott Durland.
Be listening to KYGO all week to win your way into one of the shows, and also enter for a bonus chance here.
