The Original Rocky Was Back in the Mountain Lion Suit for the First Two Games of the NBA Finals in Denver

Many sports fans, not just in Denver, will tell you that Rocky, the Denver Nuggets mascot, is the best mascot in all of sports. So it’s fitting tat the man who made the mountain lion famous got to put the suit back on for the Nuggets first NBA Finals appearance

Kenn Solomon is the guy who dawned the suit for over three decades, but retired a couple of seasons ago.

His son Drake took over the role, but after all those years at McNichols Arena and Pepsi Center (now Ball Arena), and even getting inducted into the Mascot Hall of Fame, the “OG Rocky” got to suit up again for the special moments.
