The Colorado Rockies just unveiled a ‘Buffalo Chicken Donut’ at Coors Field

The Colorado Rockies may not be giving us a playoff run this September, but they are giving us something possibly more important: a Buffalo Chicken Donut. The team unveiled the new concession item just in time for the final 16 home games of the 2026 season, and it’s exactly as unhinged as it sounds.
According to the Rockies, the creation is “a soft, plain donut loaded with tender buffalo chicken and melted mozzarella cheese, then baked to perfection in a pizza oven” and “finished with a drizzle of buffalo sauce and creamy ranch, topped with fresh diced green onions for a flavorful kick.” So basically someone in the Coors Field kitchen looked at a donut, looked at a plate of buffalo chicken dip and said, “What if these were the same thing?” And then they put it in a pizza oven, because at this point, why not. Early Reddit reviews from earlier in the season, when the donut pizza concept first debuted, were mixed, with one fan calling the portion a bit small for $12, but admitting the flavor wasn’t bad.
Coors Field has been on a concession food heater in 2026. The ballpark already rolled out donut pizzas, Krispy Kreme donut burgers, Buffalo Mac and a growing list of items that feel like they were invented at 1 a.m. after a long night on Blake Street.
The Buffalo Chicken Donut is available now at the ballpark for the remaining home stretch. So if the Rockies can’t give you wins, they can at least give you buffalo sauce on a donut, and frankly, that might be the more memorable experience.
