I wouldn’t say there is a need for more fast food fried chicken joints in Colorado, but judging by the lines at Raising Canes and Chick-fil-A, if you build it, they will come…
The Carolina-based fast-food joint, Bojangles, known for its fried chicken and biscuits, is heading west for the first time. Franchisee LVP Restaurant Group “has plans to bring ten non-traditional units in TravelCenters of America locations across the West,” confirms Bojangles vice president of communications Stacey McCray. And those ten include two in Colorado.
The first is expected to open in mid-2025 in a new TravelCenters of America at 1275 Drew Dix Parkway in Pueblo, but there is another in the works for the Denver area “in the next year or so,” McCray notes.
