Jason Aldean recently let it slip that his oldest daughter, Keeley, has hit some pretty major life milestones — she graduated from college and got married about a year ago. So yeah, she’s fully out there doing the grown-up thing, and proud dad Aldean is just now sharing the news with the world.

Of course, once fans heard “married,” the next logical question came flying in: So when are the grandkids coming? It’s the inevitable follow-up, and honestly, you can’t blame people for wondering.

But if you’re hoping for a “Grandpa Aldean” era anytime soon, you might want to hold off on that excitement. The country superstar doesn’t sound like he’s in any rush to earn that title. He’s happy for Keeley, sure, but it seems like he’s perfectly content keeping the grandparent thing in the “way down the road” category for now.
