Food Delivery Company, Schwan’s, Ceasing All Colorado Operations

There were a ton of reasons I loved visiting my grandma’s house while I was growing up, but one of my favorites was always raiding her freezer that was stocked full of ice cream treats from the Schwan’s man, as we called the famous frozen food delivery service. Sadly, the Schwan’s man will soon be extinct in Colorado.
Technically, Schwan’s Food Company hasn’t been around for a little over a year, as they rebranded to the name “Yelloh,” as a nod to their yellow delivery trucks, in 2022, but soon even that will be gone.
Yelloh (Schawan’s) is closing all Colorado warehouse and delivery facilities effective December 15th, 2023. Colorado isn’t the only state affected though, they are cutting 750 jobs nationwide and closing 90 delivery centers.
The company will continue to serve 18 states with its iconic yellow trucks, but in state’s like Colorado you can still order through Yelloh.com and have it shipped UPS in an insulated cooler,
