Scotty McCreery Is Engaged

Scotty McCreery is officially off the market.
He proposed to his longtime girlfriend, Gabi on Tuesday near Grandfather Mountain in North Carolina. The two were taking a walk on a trail when Scotty got down on one knee and popped the question.
McCreery says, “I’ve been planning this moment for so long that it feels surreal for it to have finally happened. Gabi is the perfect girl and my true love, and I cannot wait to begin building our life together as husband and wife.”
The happy couple plan to get hitched next year.
He said that fate has played a part in their relationship….
“Met her in kindergarten. Her name is Gabi, like Gabby, but her family is from Louisiana they’re cajun so it’s Gabi. And she’s got Mrs. Gabi McCreery written in hearts, it’s all over her kindergarten diary. Pretty cool. You know it’s just one of those things. If you don’t believe in fate, just check that out.”
