Colorado ski fest not offering refunds despite no skiing

The 6th annual Boot Tan Fest is scheduled to run April 10-12 at Sunlight Mountain in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, and the problem is, the ski fest which has welcomed hundreds of women over the last 5 years to ski together, wont feature skiing this year.
Because of the historic warm and dry winter season, Sunlight Mountain Resort closed early for the season on March 22, and thus the advertised lift access and ski access will not be provided.
Furthermore, Boot Tan Fest announced on their FAQ page that the tickets are non-refundable and not even partial refunds are available. They say that the festival has always been about “more than skiing” and will be adding other activities to make the event memorable.
Currently the event is listing a BTF ticket including:
- Camping on Friday & Saturday night
- Live music, panels, and inspiring conversations
- Sauna & Cold Plunge
- Access to Vendor village
- Giveaways and more
