The top spots in metro Denver for National BBQ Day

Happy National BBQ Day! Yelp has released a list of the “Top 100 BBQ Spots in the U.S.,” and of course Colorado has a few on the list. According to Yelp, to qualify for the list the restaurant must have a certain amount of reviews and engagement with keywords like “barbecue” listed in the review, and the restaurant must pass a health review.

29. Post Oak Barbecue, Denver, Colorado
87. Georgia Boys BBQ, Longmont, Colorado
88. GQue Championship BBQ, Westminster, Colorado
The number one BBQ spot was Wright’s BBQ in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
As for what state has the best? According to Yelp reviews, that battle is between California, Texas and Florida.
