Ride a bike in Denver? Get paid!

Feb 13, 2024, 1:27 PM

If you’re already riding your bike around Denver, you might as well get paid for it!  And if you’re not, might be time to hopping on is what Denver Streets Partnership and Denver’s Office of Climate Action, Sustainability and Resiliency is hoping with their new Bicycling Rewards Program.

If you are over the age of 18 and live within Denver you could be getting paid $1 mile per mile, up to $200 per month!

DSS has launched the program as a result of Colorado currently struggling to meet their climate goals and with over 30% of greenhouse gases being the result of transportation, they are hoping this program may inspire habits to turn that around.

To be considered you have until February 29th to apply,

They are hoping for participants primarily who reside in Neighborhood Equity & Stabilization (NEST) areas of Denver including Globeville, Elyria Swansea, Clayton, Montbello, Sun Valley, Villa Park, Lincoln Park, Barnum West, Barnum, Valverde, Westwood, Athmar Park, Mar Lee, Ruby Hill, College View, East Colfax, Windsor, Kennedy.

You can also participate by becoming a Bike Buddy and help support participants by signing up here.
