Let’s start this whole thing by saying that $700 grand ain’t what it used to be… Still, most people expect to see something decent when that’s the price of a house.

A home in the Denver area has gone viral as it’s been listed for $699,900, and the outside looks less-than-stellar.

The home at 3110 N Saint Paul Street, Denver is five blocks from City Park, and has four bedrooms and two baths. The 1,590 sq. ft, home was built in 1951, but was recently updated.

I must say looking at the inside of the home makes the price a little easier to swallow…
