How Much Snow is Denver Going to Get In Our First Storm of the Season?

Oct 26, 2022, 5:30 PM

The long awaited first snow of the season in Denver is scheduled to arrive tomorrow, but will we actually see some white stuff accumulate around the Mile High City? The short answer is probably not…

Rain and snow will likely start in Denver between 8 a.m. and noon on Thursday, but it sounds like it’ll be of the wetter, not likely to stick variety.

However, if you’re above 6,000 feet, you could see 1-6 inches before it’s all said and done Thursday night.

Oh, and if you haven’t blown out your sprinklers, you need to hurry as a hard freeze is likely in Denver on Friday and Saturday mornings.
