Everybody loves tacos, and these sweet heat fish tacos bring is sure to be a new favorite! – Tracy
Recipe:
Season both sides of 4 tilapia filets (that have been patted dry with a paper towel) with a mixture of –
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Pepper to taste
Roast filets at 425 for 10-15 minutes.
Sweet Heat Slaw:
Chop half of a purple cabbage, half of a purple onion, combine with 1/4 cup of mayo, 1 teaspoon sriracha, 1 tablespoon of honey, juice if one lime.
Flake tilapia into small flour tortillas, top with the slaw, crumbled cotija and a slice of avocado.
