Granger Smith Announces His Retirement From Touring, One Final Colorado Show

Apr 12, 2023, 4:07 PM

After 24 years in the country music business, Granger Smith is about to leave the industry for a new chapter. But before he does, he is stopping by Colorado one more time!

Smith is about to start his “Like A River Farewell Tour,” with 24 dates on the schedule, one of which is in our state. June 1st he’ll headline the Elizabeth Stampede for his final Colorado show ever.

Smith and his alter ego Earl Dibbles Jr. will be calling it quits after the summer tour so that Smith can pursue a life in ministry. Smith made the announcement in a video to his fans published on Tuesday (4/11/2023). “This summer is my last ever tour. I have felt a strong desire to pursue ministry. This doesn’t mean I’m going to start a church or a crusade or a revival. This means me and my family are going to serve our local church,” Smith said in the video.

Tickets to see Granger’s final Colorado show in Elizabeth are on-sale now. Get yours here.
