Dierks Bentley Says His Colorado Seven Peaks Festival WILL Still Happen This Year

May 25, 2023, 3:15 PM | Updated: 3:17 pm

At this point in the year it’s easy to assume that Dierks Bentley won’t be having his annual Colorado music festival, Seven Peaks because there’s been no announcement. But I know some fans have been holding onto hope that one might be coming still… According to Dierks, it’s still on!

After a couple years in Buena Vista, CO, then a few years off thanks to the pandemic, the festival moved to Villa Grove, CO last year but Dierks said in a Taste Of Country Podcast recently that they had a lot of fun, but there were no amenities, no cell service and Live Nation lost money, like “millions of dollars.” He went on to say they are looking at Red Rocks, near Denver as a future location to hold the festival, possibly later in 2023.

Dierks says that they’ve moved in on Red Rocks because it’s proximity to the city of Denver with hotels, restaurants, and other amenities that make pulling off a festival much easier than it was in the middle of nowhere.

Other than that, details are few and far between.
