Denver’s First El Pollo Loco Location is Set to Open Next Month

El Pollo Loco is mostly a California thing, and we know how vocal Californians are about their fast food (In-N-Out). So of course the people from west of here are excited about this, but I can’t really speak on it because I’ve never had El Pollo Loco, although that’s about to change! The first Denver location is about to open!
The fire-grilled chicken chain will open it’s first Denver restaurant at 4698 Peoria St. in Denver, near I-70 and Peoria on November 15th.
El Pollo Loco plans on opening 10 to 15 restaurants in the Denver metro area and as many as five others in the Colorado Springs area over the next five years.
El Pollo Loco did previously operate one restaurant in Denver that closed during the Great Recession of the late 2000s.
