Ok, not sure if this is in my future, but it will be huge!

Memphis Orion’s ambitious Coba Bathhouse project in Denver aims to revolutionize the traditional concept of bathhouses with state-of-the-art amenities and immersive experiences.

The $27 million project, set to be completed in 2027, will feature solar-powered mobile saunas, lush gardens, tea ceremonies and group-soaking pools.

With a team of industry veterans and a focus on wellness and social well-being, Coba promises to offer a unique and memorable retreat for Denverites seeking relaxation and connection.

The project’s innovative design and cultural appeal, combined with its emphasis on community engagement, set it apart from traditional spas and luxury indulgences.
