Poulette Bakeshop

Sure, there are hundreds of publications out there with an opinion on restaurants, but when the New York Times talks, we listen, and they love a bake shop in Colorado…

A French bakery in Parker was named one of “The Best Bakeries in America” by the New York Times.

Poulette Bakeshop was one of the 22 top bakeries across the U.S. right now in the article that explains, “A suburban strip mall is an unlikely destination for world-class French pastry, but the lucky residents of Parker, Colo., have exactly that in Poulette Bakeshop.”

The shop, located at 19585 Hess Road in Parker, opened in 2021 and serves classic sweet and savory pastries like Pain au Chocolat, Chorizo & Spinach Strata, Croque Monsieur, Macarons, eclairs, tea cakes and more.

Poulette is open Wednesday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m.
