Casa Bonita looks for ‘Director of Procurement,’ pay range goes up to $130,000

I don’t know why I look at the career section of the Casa Bonita website often, but I do. And today while I was scrolling, I found a job that would certainly pay the bills…

The iconic Denver establishment is hiring a “Director of Procurement” and the pay range is between $110,000-$130,000 per year.

It’s probably not a good sign for me that I didn’t even know what procurement means, but the job description says this person is “responsible for overseeing the procurement of food, beverages, operational supplies, merchandise and entertainment-related goods from costumes and props to sound and lighting equipment. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role will lead sourcing, vendor management and purchasing operations across all areas of our restaurant and entertainment experience.”

So, basically, you get to buy all the stuff the restaurant needs and get paid to do it, right?

If you think you have what it takes, you can apply here.
