Casa Bonita in Denver Has Released Their New Menu – Yes, the Sopapillas Made the Cut

May 26, 2023, 2:38 PM

Although there is still no official word on when Casa Bonita will open to the public, we do now know what they’ll be serving up!

The iconic restaurant says on their social media, “Want a chance to be among the first to experience Casa Bonita? Sign up at CasaBonitaDenver.com. While beta-testing Casa Bonita we will be opening with limited dinner hours. Our first guests will be pulled EXCLUSIVELY from our email list. No walk-ins. Full ticketing and pricing information coming soon!”

They also released their new menu which just has eight items…

The menu also says that all entrees come with chips and salsa and those famous sopapillas.

There is no word on whether the entrees are all-you-can-eat like they used to be with the flags on the tables to signal your waiter to bring you more.
