Chasing big dreams at such a young age can be scary for anyone, but when also dealing with other major challenges, one could easily become discouraged and give up hope. That is not the case for Eaton, Colorado high school senior, Liza Jo. The aspiring country artist is legally blind, but isn’t letting that nor her youthfulness stop her from pursuing huge goals and inspiring many!

Liza Jo’s musical journey began in June 2020 when she astounded the audience at a church service during a pig show, showcasing her innate talent and stage presence. Since then, her unyielding dedication and perseverance have propelled her towards this significant moment in her burgeoning career. An opportunity to perform the national anthem at the National Western Stock Show, accompanied by her cherished horse, proved to be a turning point for Liza Jo. This experience not only reignited her spirit but also paved the way for subsequent performances of the anthem at other stock show events.

Her remarkable talent caught the attention of RFD-TV and the Cowboy Channel, prominent rural broadcasting channels, leading to a captivating interview that showcased her indomitable spirit. In this interview, Liza Jo fearlessly discussed the challenges and triumphs she has faced as a blind artist. Her ability to find strength and inspiration in the face of adversity resonates deeply with audiences, forging a powerful emotional connection through her music.

Liza Jo’s breakthrough moment arrived when she delivered a stunning rendition of the National Anthem at the prestigious Rocky Mountain Country Music Awards.

Her self-titled debut album “Liza Jo” will drop on May 20th, featuring a collection of heartfelt and soul-stirring tracks that showcase her exceptional vocal prowess and genuine passion for music.

We are thrilled to to exclusively premiere the video for her lead single, “Now I See,” here at KYGO…
