Academy of Country Music announces nominees list for ACM Awards | Music City Minute

The Academy of Country Music announced the nominees for the 59th ACM Awards!

Starting with Song of the Year, the nominees are “Fast Car” – Luke Combs, “Heart Like a Truck” – Lainey Wilson, “Next Thing You Know” – Jordan Davis, “The Painter” – Cody Johnson and “Tennessee Orange” – Megan Moroney.

Single of the Year nominees are “Burn It Down” – Parker McCullum, “Fast Car” – Luke Combs, “Last Night” – Morgan Wallen, “Need a Favor” – Jelly Roll and “Next Thing You Know” – Jordan Davis.

The Male Artist of the Year nominees are Luke Combs, Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson, Chris Stapleton and Morgan Wallen.

Up for Female Artist of the Year is Kelsea Ballerini, Ashley McBryde, Megan Moroney, Kacey Musgraves and Lainey Wilson.

In the running for the top prize, Entertainer of the Year, we have Kane Brown, Luke Combs, Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson, Christ Stapleton, Morgan Wallen and Lainey Wilson.

The 59th ACM Awards ceremony will stream live from the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas, May 16, on Prime Video.
