I recently watched the Netflix show Formula 1: Drive to Survive, if you haven’t you should, even if you don’t care about racing. After watching though, I really wanted to try driving one of the F-1 cars… Soon you’ll be able to at a bar in Denver, well kind of.
F1 Arcade is a bar, restaurant and arcade that first opened in London in 2022, and this year two locations opened in the U.S. The brand confirmed that a Denver location will be the third in the country.
The Denver bar will include 69 full-motion Formula 1 racing simulators that visitors can use to get an immersive experience on several of the sport’s most iconic circuits, like Austin’s Circuit of the Americas and Singapore’s Marina Bay Street Circuit, according to a press release.
There will also be other race-themed arcade games as well as a full menu with alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverage options and food with global inspirations as well as locally influenced dishes.
The Denver bar will be located in the River North Arts District at 2734 Walnut St. and is set to open in 2025, but the arcade did not specify an exact date of when it will open.
