Emmy nominations released, The Pitt leads the pack with 25 nominations

HBO Drama “The Pitt” stepped into Emmy nomination season as a favorite, and they delivered receiving 25 nominations for their sophomore season.

They were in good company with another Max original, the comedy show “Hacks” which had 24 nominations.

“The Pitt” brought Noah Wyle back into the Emergency Room following a longstanding role on the tv show “ER” and after having big wins in last years Emmys, they dominate again with several nominations including Outstanding drama series, Outstanding lead actor in a drama (Noah Wyle), 3 nominations for Outstanding Supporting actor in a drama (Patrick Ball, Shawn Hatosy and Gerran Howell)

“Euphoria” had high expectations but lost out on being nominated for the top category, but Zendaya did get nominated for Outstanding lead actress in a drama and Colman Domingo did for Outstanding guest actor in a drama series.
