Savannah Bananas Coors Field games sell out in two hours

Never in a million years did I think a comedy baseball team/show would be way more popular in Denver than a Major League Baseball team, but welcome to 2025 in the Mile High City…the Savannah Banana craze is here!
Not only are the Colorado Rockies in the midst of what has the chance to be the worst season in the history of MLB, but the Bananas are taking over the world! Combine those two things, and you have way more people looking for a Banana ticket at Coors Field than a Rockies ticket.
The Bananas will play The Firefighters at Coors Field on Saturday, Aug. 9, and Sunday, Aug. 10, and both games sold out in under two hours on Tuesday.
Ticket registration for the Denver games took place last autumn before a random ticket lottery last week notified fans if they were selected to purchase tickets.
A quick look at the secondary market on Stubhub shows the cheapest ticket for the Saturday game at $390 and $270 for the Sunday game (at the time of publishing this article).
