If you grew up in the 90s or early 2000s watching Nickelodeon slime people, you’ll love this!
A new team game is coming to Denver that’ll have players wearing hazmat suits and going through different challenge rooms, avoiding lasers and solving puzzles while racing the clock to disarm the “world’s largest paint, slime or foam bomb” before they get blasted.
Beat The Bomb is opening a location in Denver at 3863 Steele Street on Friday.
In the popular one-hour mission experience, teams of four to six players go through five different high-tech rooms, each with different challenges. As teams advance through challenges, they earn time on the Bomb Clock in an effort to disarm the world’s largest paint, slime or foam bomb before they get blasted.
Those who do disarm the bomb in time are rewarded with perks as part of Beat The Bomb’s loyalty program, and all players also receive free photos and videos of their experience.
Be prepared to get “bombed” though, as only 10 percent of teams disarm the bomb on their first try. The website states that 21 percent of teams beat the Paint Bomb Mission, 16 percent beat the Foam Bomb Mission and 5 percent beat the Slime Bomb Mission.
