Zach Bryan Fulfills Promise to His Mother

Jan 17, 2024, 2:49 PM

One of the biggest names that has popped into the country music scene is Zach Bryan and he has taken the world by storm. Whether it’s posting viral videos on social media or performing in the snow at Red Rocks, Bryan has made headlines once again.

Bryan fulfilled a promise that he made his mother and that was getting a college degree.

“Got my bachelors yesterday after exams in the desert and green rooms to about a hundred different venues,” he announced on X.com. “No arrogance attached just a promise I made my mom a long while back. Bound to be a good week guys.”

Bryan’s mother, Annette DeAnn Bryan, died in 2016 and still hoped that her son would graduate from college one day.

According to The Tennessean, the “Something in Orange” singer received his bachelor’s degree in psychology.

At the age of 17, Bryan enlisted in to the U.S. Navy and was an active member for eight years.

In 2021, Bryan discharged from the Navy to pursue his music career.
