There’s an unclaimed lottery ticket worth $500,000 floating around Denver

If you play the lottery, Powerball or anything like it in Colorado, you really need to start checking your tickets!
I bring this up because a winning Powerball ticket worth $150,000, bought at the Denver International Airport sometime around Christmas 2023, expired Monday, June 24.
But there’s more. Most notably, a $500,000 winning Double Play ticket bought at a King Soopers in Arvada, which was won on March 23 — still unclaimed!
All tickets expire 180 days after the draw date, so there’s still time on that one, but I’d be afraid of losing it, personally.
Here’s some others floating around:
- $150,000 Powerball ticket bought at a Circle K in Highlands Ranch, draw date March 30
- $50,000 Powerball ticket bought at a 7-Eleven in Aurora, draw date April 10
- $50,000 Powerball ticket bought at a Kum & Go in Wellington, draw date March 23
