NextDoor names Denver’s friendliest neighborhoods

Nextdoor’s ranking of the 20 ‘friendliest’ neighborhoods in the Denver metro area highlights familiar spots like Congress Park, Sunnyside and Montbello, but Green Valley Ranch took the top spot.

Located east of the city, near Denver International Airport, Green Valley Ranch scored a perfect 100 with Nextdoor in terms of friendliness and a 98 in terms of affordability when compared to other places in the area. With an average resident age of 44 and the average income being $72,000, 81 percent of residents are homeowners that are invested in the local community.
