The most expensive home ever sold in the Denver area is quietly for sale.
According to sources, Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson and his wife, singer Ciara, are now open to offers and giving tours to potential buyers for their mansion in Cherry Hills Village.
The couple purchased the home at 10 Cherry Hills Park Drive for $25 million after Wilson joined the Broncos. This set a new record for the highest-priced home sale in the Denver area, surpassing the previous record of $16 million.
The impressive property spans 20,000 square feet on 5 acres of land and features four bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, his-and-hers walk-in closets, offices, and bathroom suites. Additionally, there’s a spacious indoor swimming pool measuring 2,590 square feet, a basketball court, and a guest apartment complete with its own kitchen.
