Super Bowl record-setter Jordan Norwood is selling his $1.79M Denver home

Apr 30, 2026, 10:06 AM

Remember that jaw-dropping 61-yard punt return during the Broncos’ Super Bowl 50 win? Yeah, that was Jordan Norwood — and now the former wide receiver is selling the Denver home he built for himself right here in the Mile High City.

Norwood, who joined the Broncos in 2015 after a stint with the Cleveland Browns, was part of Denver’s iconic 2016 Super Bowl championship team. His record-setting punt return in the second quarter of that game broke a long-standing record previously held by John Taylor, who had a 45-yard return in Super Bowl XXIII.

Now, roughly a decade after that unforgettable win, Norwood is moving on from his Denver digs. The home, located at 3548 Lipan St. in the trendy Highland neighborhood — just outside City of Cuernavaca Park — is listed at $1,799,000 through real estate group Compass.

And for nearly $1.8 million, you’re getting a lot of house. The custom-built property features five bedrooms and five bathrooms, a private backyard complete with a hot tub and entertaining space, and — perhaps the coolest touch — a private two-bedroom, one-bath suite in the basement with its own kitchen. Whether you’re housing guests or renting it out, that’s a pretty sweet bonus.

So if you’ve ever dreamed of living in a home built for a Super Bowl champion in one of Denver’s most sought-after neighborhoods, well… now’s your chance.

See all the photos of the house here.
