Ozzy Osborne music doesn’t work in trying to coax a bear out of a Colorado tree

If you live in Colorado, you could end up with a bear in your tree at some point. If you do, don’t play Ozzy Osborne music to try and get it out. It won’t work.

Wildlife rangers in Golden, Colorado, resorted to blasting Ozzy’s band, Black Sabbath’s “Iron Man” to coax a stubborn black bear down from a tree.

The bear had initially climbed the tree after rummaging through trash left out overnight, prompting a lengthy stakeout by officials.

Unfortunately, despite attempts with a drone and the heavy metal music, the bear remained perched, forcing rangers to wait until nightfall for it to come down on its own accord.

“Black bears don’t mind Black Sabbath,” quipped the Colorado Parks and Wildlife team, who reminded residents not to leave out trash that could attract the “cute but still very much wild animals.”
