Hands down, one of Denver’s best restaurants is Guard and Grace downtown, but I am a little concerned, as the guy in charge of making the food amazing is no longer a part of the place.
TAG Restaurant Group confirmed to FOX31 last week that the former executive chef, Brent Turnipseede, is no longer with the restaurant Guard and Grace.
Chef Troy Guard, the owner and executive chef of TAG Restaurant Group, said the restaurant is now looking for someone new to lead the kitchen, releasing the following statement:
“Chef Brent Turnipseede is no longer with TAG Restaurant Group. We’re grateful for the creativity and dedication he brought to the restaurant and wish him all the best in future endeavors.
We are currently conducting a search for a new Executive Chef to lead the kitchen at Guard and Grace in Denver. We’re excited about the opportunity to bring in fresh talent and continue building on the strong foundation we’ve established.”
The job listing for the newly opened position at Guard and Grace has not yet been posted to the restaurant’s job listings. Other openings include host/hostess/front of house manager, line cook, shift lead/bartender and marketing and kitchen manager.
