There’s nothing worse than craving something, ordering it, driving to pick it up and driving it home only to realize the restaurant forgot the most important part of your order. It’s happened to all of us, but what QDOBA did to make it up to a little girl in Colorado isn’t as common.
A five-year-old in Denver named Astoria Massa went viral this month after QDOBA forgot her side of guacamole and she was devastated. Her parents posted a video of her with tears in her eyes, saying she was “heartbroken.”
But, the company posted an update after they came through for her in a big way. They brought her back in, had a chef teach her how to make it, gave her a bunch of free swag and named her their “Chief Guacamole Officer.”
Astoria has gone viral before. You might remember her from Christmas last year. She got on stage at her Christmas concert and said everyone in her class was sweet, “except one little boy.”
