Heel’s Kitchen with Tracy Dixon

Summer is the time for outdoor grilling and relaxing. Impress everyone with these easy and colorful kebabs that combine the right amount of heat and sweet! So easy and they definitely will be a crowd pleaser. 

Enjoy my spicy sweet sausage kebabs on episode 1 of Heel’s Kitchen! 
Spicy Sweet Sausage Kebabs 
1 Package Teton Waters Ranch Spicy Andouille Sausage
2 Peaches
1/2 Red Onion
1/2 Sweet White Onion
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon White or Red Wine Vinegar
Pinch of Salt 
Heat grill to 350˚ – 400˚ 
Cut onions, peaches and sausages into similar sized pieces 
Put together skewers alternating sausage, peaches and onion 
Drizzle with oil and salt 
Grill kebabs, turning every few minutes for 10-15 min
