A salad good enough to stop date night, and that’s exactly what happened when I first tried this one. I know you’re gonna love it…it’s the warm maple syrup that’s the star of this perfect fall salad! – Tracy
Ingredients:
Dry roast 1/2 cup pistachios and let cool and chopSauté 4-5 slices chopped prosciutto, drain on paper towelSlice 5-6 dried figs1/2 sliced purple onionFresh GorgonzolaToss together over 4 cups fresh baby spinach and toss with vinaigretteWarm maple vinaigrette2 tbsp maple syrup warmed in microwave1 tbsp apple cider vinegar1/4 olive oil
