Dylan Scott is bringing his ‘Dear Big City Tour’ to Denver’s Mission Ballroom in February

Sep 16, 2026, 3:51 PM

Dylan Scott just gave Denver a reason to look forward to the frozen tundra, also known as February. The multi-platinum singer announced his headlining “Dear Big City Tour” yesterday, and Denver made the cut, Wednesday, February 18, 2027 at the Mission Ballroom.

Named after his current single “Dear Big City,” the 18-city winter trek kicks off January 21 in Detroit and wraps March 6 in Wenatchee, Washington. Scott will be joined by rising openers Graham Barham, Cody Lohden and Jacob Hackworth. The first 10 dates were announced Tuesday, with Denver landing as the final stop in that initial batch, and honestly, it might be the best room on the list. The Mission Ballroom has quietly become one of the top music venues in the country, and a midweek country show there in the dead of winter sounds like exactly the kind of thing Denver needs. “It only felt right to name this tour after the song that calls to the big city as a small-town kid,” Scott said. “I know a lot of our fans have left their hometowns to venture into some of these bigger markets, and we’re so excited to be able to bring the live show to them in the new year.”

Scott has been on a tear lately, most recently dropping “Girl From Louisiana,” a home-state anthem that interpolates Garth Brooks’ massive hit “Callin’ Baton Rouge.” Between that, “Dear Big City” and the hits that already made him a household name, “My Girl,” “Nobody,” “New Truck,” this is a setlist that’s going to hit different inside a packed Mission Ballroom on a cold Wednesday night.

Presales start today (Thursday, September 17) with general on-sale Friday, September 25 at 10 a.m. local time. Visit dylanscottcountry.com for tickets and details. Here are the first 10 dates announced so far:

Jan. 21 – Detroit, MI – The Fillmore Detroit
Jan. 22 – Grand Rapids, MI – GLC Live at 20 Monroe
