DUI enforcement in Colorado continues through New Years Day

With The Colorado Department of Transportation expecting DUI arrests to surpass 16,000 by the end of the year, they are warning Colorado drivers that DUI enforcement will continue through New Years Day.
The “Heat Is On” NYE DUI enforcement will take place with over 60 local law enforcement agencies working with the Colorado State Patrol targeting drivers driving under the influence.
Drivers who have a BAC level over 0.08% are considered to be driving under the influence but even if you have a BAC under 0.05% you can be charged if they suspect you of being impaired.
