Living in an apartment building that has an outdoor canyon running through it sounds cool and all, but is it worth over $15,000 per month?
The building at the corner of 40th Street and Blake Street is called One River North, and it has a moving river and plants to fill the canyon-like outdoor spaces running through it.
The complex opened on Wednesday, April 24, and already has 2,500 possible renters queued up to take a tour, but it’s going to cost them.
The penthouse is a four-person bedroom with three-and-a-half bathrooms, and it’ll run you just under $16,000 per month, the most expensive apartment for rent in Denver.
There are much smaller units in the complex starting at $1,800 a month, but even some of the one bed, one bath units are upward of $3,000 per month.
Admission to the Denver Museum of Nature & Science is free Sunday
