There’s some new data out, which shows the airports with the LONGEST WALKS. And some of them really force you to get your steps in.
Here’s the Top Five. And it’s worth noting, the distances are just from the baggage check-in area to the farthest gates. The distances could be even longer between two gates on opposite ends.
1. Dallas / Fort Worth International Airport – Longest Distance: 2.16 miles.
2. Washington-Dulles Intl. Airport – Longest Distance: 1.62 miles.
3. George Bush Intl. Airport in Houston – Longest Distance: 1.52 miles.
4. Denver Intl. Airport – Longest Distance: 1.45 miles.
5. JFK Intl. Airport in New York – Longest Distance: 1.38 miles.
