Craig Ferguson is walking across Colorado today for men’s health

Mar 23, 2026, 11:14 AM

You might want to keep an eye on the shoulder of the road this week. Former late-night host Craig Ferguson is making his way across Colorado on foot, a grueling journey dedicated to raising awareness for men’s physical and mental health.

The trek is part of a larger, ambitious mission that aims to lead Ferguson all the way to the 2026 World Cup. By walking through the heart of the Centennial State, Ferguson hopes to spark important conversations about the often-overlooked struggles men face regarding their well-being.

“It’s about showing up,” Ferguson shared during a brief stop. “It’s about putting one foot in front of the other, even when the path gets steep.”

For those of us here in Colorado, it’s a powerful reminder to check in on the men in our lives. Whether it’s a brother, a father, or a friend, taking a moment to ask how someone is really doing can make all the difference.

As he continues his journey, Ferguson is documenting the experience and encouraging followers to prioritize their own health check-ups and open up about their mental health.

We’re cheering you on, Craig! Keep those boots moving and stay hydrated in that mountain air.

For more on how you can support men’s health initiatives or follow Ferguson’s progress, keep it locked right here on KOSI 101.1. We’ll keep you posted on his journey through our beautiful state.
