Colorado’s second Buc-ee’s location is back on the table

Everything Buc-ee’s does is a little extravagant, so I guess a bunch of drama in trying to bring a second location to Colorado is par for the course…

It was reported earlier this week that Buc-ee’s plans for a location in Palmer Lake, Colorado were likely off the table after they pulled their request to annex the land… But not so fast!

A Buc-ee’s spokesperson told Nexstar’s FOX21 News that they encountered an issue but will apply for annexation again.

This even through lawsuits, people driving around school buses in protest, and thousands signing petitions to stop the build. They must REALLY love that area to not just try their hand at another location instead…
