Sadly for racing fans in Colorado, we don’t have the big, like-you-see on TV, NASCAR-type racing tracks, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have great racing.
Colorado National Speedway begins its 2025 season, its 60th, on Saturday night, May 3.
Located just north of Denver along I-25, CNS is a 3/8-mile paved oval track that features fierce short-track competition.
Saturday nights at CNS are family-friendly, highly-entertaining and affordable. Qualifying begins at 4 p.m., and racing starts at 6:30 p.m. with Super Late Model, Grand American Modified, Super Stock and Figure 8 races on the schedule.
To celebrate 60 years, the race track has a bunch of special events planned, including a monster truck show this season. Check out the full schedule of events here.
