Colorado in the Top Five States That the Most are People Leaving

Remember when it seemed like everyone from everywhere was moving into Colorado? Well, the opposite is happening now!
Census data takes time to process, so this goes back a couple of years, but it shows Colorado as the state with the fourth most people leaving.
42 out of every 1,000 Colorado residents left the state that year, despite the pandemic adding new residents.
Only Wyoming, Alaska and Hawaii residents move out of their states more than us, the data shows.
