Comida – 2501 Dallas St., Unit 140, Aurora,  Comida offers a Mexican-inspired brunch with chilaquiles, breakfast burritos and more.

The Bindery – 1817 Central St., Denver, Located  in the LoHi neighborhood, The Bindery features a well-curated New Year’s Day brunch to help with that hangover. The menu includes Dutch babies, soft scrambled eggs with pastrami poached salmon.

The Edge -1111 14th St., Denver,  A very special holiday brunch will be served all day at Edge Restaurant. À la carte brunch favorites, and an amazing pastry display will be available for guests.

Chez Maggy – 1616 Market St., Denver,  Chez Maggy is offering a “say bonjour to 2024” brunch with a French-inspired menu including pastries, onion soup gratinee, escargot and more.

Tamayo – 1400 Larimer Street, Denver, celebrate  with a vibrant New Year’s Day bottomless brunch at Tamayo. Indulge in a festive spread featuring zesty Chicken Tinga Tacos flavorful Huevos Rancheros and more.

The Original – McGregor Square Denver, brunch at The Original is an experience not to be missed. From a stack of fluffy pancakes drizzled in real maple syrup to avocado toast topped with poached eggs “The OG” is tops in our book.

The Corner Office – 1401 Curtis St., Denver, For those in need of a good old-fashioned brunch, The Corner Office has everything we love about brunch  on New Year’s Day. With a stacked brunch menu – featuring some old and new favorites.

The Viewhouse – Three Denver area locations – Ballpark area Denver, Centennial and downtown Littleton. The Viewhouse offers breakfast burritos, Bbisket skillets, and more.
