Behind Chayce Beckham’s hit and Thomas Rhett and Russell Dickerson’s Easter | Music City Minute

I remember the first time I heard Chayce Beckham’s “23” on KYGO. I walked out of the studio, straight into the boss’ office and said, “This song is fire. We need to get him here for a show.” Well, the song has carried Beckham to the top of the country charts. The rising star said of the achievement, “I wrote the song when I had nothing to my name. Fast forward to now, to living out my dream.” You’ll be able to catch Beckham perform his number one hit and more at the 98.5 KYGO Birthday Bash 44, June 9 at Fiddler’s Green.
We have to talk about the cutest video featuring Thomas Rhett’s and Russell Dickerson’s kiddos. Both families attended an Easter egg hunt last weekend. Rhett’s daughter, Lennon, and Dickerson’s son, Remington, were seen walking hand in hand. Rhett stopped in his tracks, turns and watches the oblivious preschoolers. He turns back to the adults, shaking his head and giving a thumbs down. All the while, you can hear the mom’s laughing and joking they are going to play the video at their kids’ future rehearsal dinner.
I’m Sheena and that’s your Music City Minute.
