Colorado Springs airport offers half-off parking during holiday season

Dec 22, 2025, 4:29 PM | Updated: Dec 23, 2025, 1:23 pm

As the busy season approaches for airports, you’d think they might jack up the prices of parking knowing they’d make a ton of money. However, one Colorado airport is doing the opposite…

The Colorado Springs Airport is offering half-off parking for the holiday season. The special is for the two travel periods around Thanksgiving and Christmas. From Nov. 25-Dec. 1 and again from Dec. 22-27, those using the long-term parking lot will pay just $4 a day, down from the usual $8!

From Downtown Denver, you’re looking at about 80 miles to the Colorado Springs Airport, instead of the 20 miles to Denver International Airport. The flight options in Colorado Springs are also not as expansive as DIA, but for folks in the south suburbs of Denver, this may be worth it.

The airport is expecting roughly 125,000 travelers to pass through the airport between Dec. 20-Jan. 4.
