Mile High has 120 new food items this Broncos season — from pork belly bao to deep-fried risotto

Sep 8, 2026, 4:06 PM

Every year, Empower Field at Mile High tries to one-up itself with new stadium food, and every year we think “okay, there’s no way they can get weirder.” And every year, we are wrong.

The Broncos just unveiled 120 new menu items for the 2026 season, and while you’ve probably already heard about the two-foot-long Beast in a Blanket, the real stars of this lineup are the ones flying under the radar, and honestly, some of them sound like they belong in a restaurant, not a football stadium.

Let’s start with the pork belly bao from MAKfam, pillowy steamed buns stuffed with rich, fatty pork belly at an NFL game. That’s not concession food, that’s a food festival flex. Then there’s Mister Oso bringing quesabirria tacos to the stadium, because apparently you can now get birria-dipped, cheese-crusted tacos while watching Bo Nix throw touchdowns, and if that’s not the peak of American civilization, what is? Mukja is serving Korean cheese dogs, the ones with the stretchy mozzarella and crispy coating that have been taking over TikTok for years and are finally inside a Denver stadium. Coperta is offering deep-fried risotto, which is a sentence that shouldn’t work but absolutely does. And Carrera’s Tacos is loading up carne asada burritos that’ll have you questioning why you ever settled for a plain hot dog at a football game.

The stadium also still has its Mile High Favs $5 value menu for fans who want the classics without needing a payment plan, and the Broncos app has a full food and beverage guide so you can map out your eating strategy by section and level before you even walk through the gates. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-friendly options are expanded across the stadium as well. With 120 new items spread across the venue, you could realistically go to every home game this season and never eat the same thing twice, which is either a beautiful thing or a dangerous one, depending on how you feel about your belt.

The Broncos’ regular-season home opener is Week 2 against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sept. 20. Start training now.
